Thanks for taking on our motorhome breakdown when no one else would. You let us stay in it at your shop, saving us from paying for a motel. You quickly diagnosed the problems (transmission hose leak and leaking engine water pump), got the parts, and fixed everything. Because of your willingness, knowledge, and skills we were able to get to our granddaughter's wedding.

Bill was able to get me into the shop to read my engine codes after my RV broke down on I-90, and I limped it into the Pilot and eventually to his shop on Monday morning. He was extremely busy, but still managed to look at it in the afternoon. He said the code was a loss of manifold pressure and then told me he could hear a leak in the system. He got wrench, readjusted the rubber boot, and had me out the door in 20 minutes. His knowledge of what he was doing, and what the problem might be was phenomenal. He did this all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend him!

Thsnk you, Bill LaVelle, for the excellent service provided. My truck breaks down with both CHECK lights ON in the middle of nowhere on Columbus Day. I managed to get to Butte and call Bill. Despite bad weather he managed to find the problem, get parts from 70 miles away and get repair done next afternoon as he promised. Very professional and customer oriented guy, highly recommend.

What a great find. We left Ennis with a “check engine” light on. We called and Bill said he would fit us in after lunch. We got there about 11:55 and figured we would be waiting till at least 1pm. I checked in at the office and the sweet girl at the counter said she would let Bill know we were there. Bill came out with his diagnostic machine and hooked it up. Within 15 minutes we were on our way with a cleared code. Must have been a glitch in the computer. What a surprise to find someone who cared that we were on a tight schedule. Would definitely recommend this business!

Bill and “Shop Boy “(I didn’t catch his name) , did a Great job and worked me into their busy schedule to get me back on the road . I had a serpentine belt go bad on my Motorhome . He installed the part at a very fair price and was a pleasure to do business with . I highly recommend LaVelle Equipment repair and Bill LaVelle !
